Sterile injectable production lines

Cleanroom facilities, turnkey
Facility design and BIM modelling, cleanroom envelope, HVAC and chilled water plant, purified water and clean steam, process gases, electrical and controls. Delivered under one contract with commissioning and qualification included.
Cell and gene therapy suites
Closed-system workflows for autologous and allogeneic therapies: cryopreservation and seed banking, cultivation and expansion, filtration and viral clearance, harvest, and small-batch drug product filling in a Grade A isolator — with the consumables to match.

Robotic handling, laser and ultrasonic welding, precision dispensing, 3D scanning and deterministic leak testing — added to existing lines to remove manual steps and replace subjective inspection with recorded data.
Laboratory equipment supply
New life science instruments and inspected, refurbished chromatography and mass spectrometry systems — a practical way to add QC capacity without a new-instrument budget. Every refurbished unit is function-tested and supplied with a performance report.
